Bulb Cable Bolt is made of high strength steel wire, the material grade is 1860Mpa. Bulb cable bolt structure is simple,installation fast.The advantage is that there are 3-4 in the cable anchor part in order to centering the anchor,to better mixing anchor agent,to put the anchor agent into the cage,enhance anchor power and to achieve stable performance and improved support effect.
Features and Advantages
-At the top of the bulb cable bolt, three bulbs to reinforce resin mixing, achieve point anchorage and pretension.
-The bulbs can be modified in frequency and diameter based on customer’s request, the diameter is 21mm-38mm,bulbs available at either 0.5 m or 1 m spacing.
-Available in single strand or twin strand.
-Fish hooks fitted to top of cables for retention prior to grouting.
-Resin could be applied for immediate point anchorage and grout for permanent support.

How to work
-The nature of the ground must be evaluated.
-Drill a hole in the area according to bolt diameter, bolt length. The length of hole is 200mm to 500mm shorter than the bolt.
-Attach a breather tube to the full length of the bolt. Breather tube protrudes about two meters from the hole.
-Attach about one meter of grout tube to the end of the cable bolt with sufficient tail provided to connect to the pump.
-Insert the cable bolt and seal the hole to eliminate lose of grout when pumping.
-Connect the grout tube to pump and place the breather tube into a container of water when pumping start. We will see that in the water container that air bubbles will exhaust from the breather tube, when the hole is full of grout, air bubbles will disappear.
-Tension the cable bolt after the grout has cured.
