Product Research and Development
The company adheres to technological innovation as its core competitiveness, placing great importance on the construction of the R&D center and the cultivation of talent. Covering 700m2 ,the R&D center will conduct a range of tests to systematically evaluate the performance of support materials and products. These tests will be carried out in line with industry standards and company regulations and will include chemical composition analysis,mechanical property testing, Micro-structure, examination,corrosion resistance testing,structural safety assessment, and dynamic impact testing.
TONRY boasts a research team with excellent technical expertise, strong R&D capabilities, and a penchant for innovation and breakthroughs.The R&D center currently employs 56 scientific and technical personnel.Coupled with an annual investment of tens of millions of RMB in R&D funding, the company continuously produces significant technological achievements and innovations. The company is currently working on 61 projects, involving over 80 types in eight major categories, including Rock Bolts, Cable Bolts, Steel Belts, Plates and related accessories. It holds 40 independent intellectual property rights. Additionally, several products and core technologies have surpassed the highest international standards.

We own perfect inspection instrument and equipment from meterial inspection to finished goods inspection,we strictly control every process.Our test capacity with dimensions,mechanical properties,hardness,straightness,torque,simulated field,coating thickness etc.Every single piece of our product is traceable in raw material,production date,testing data,responsible person and stock out records etc.
